Wrap-Around Care

The following childcare provision is available outside of the school day.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is available to all pupils from 7:45 a.m. A simple breakfast is provided in the school hall and children are able to enjoy sporting activities provided by AE Coaching. To book a place at Breakfast Club, please top up your child’s Wraparound care account on Arbor with the sufficient funds and access the Clubs section on the Arbor app. If you have any trouble with this, please contact the school office at info@stmb.bwcet.com.

The cost of Breakfast Club is £4 per day. All payments are required in advance.

Tea Time Club

Tea time Club again is available to all pupils up until 5:30 p.m. Children can enjoy a number of sporting and physical activities, as well as other activities such as colouring or computing etc., provided by AE sports, followed by a snack. This snack varies, and can include a choice of sandwich, sausage rolls, toasties etc. and a choice of fruit.

2 sessions are available to book for Tea Club –

  • Session 1 – 3.15pm-4.30pm – No Tea included
  • Session 2 – 4.30pm-5.30pm – Tea included

The cost of each Tea Time Club Session is £3.50, payable in advance. Parents and carers are required to ensure their child is booked into either Tea club session in advance. Additionally, in order to attend Session 2, it is a requirement that your the child is also signed up for Session 1. The school office staff will be happy to help with any queries.

Curriculum Clubs

Our curriculum clubs run up until 4:15pm. We offer a number of different curriculum clubs which include: arts and crafts, watercolour, science, drama, ukulele and computing, as well as a range of sporting activities. These change every half term and are communicated with parents during the half term prior for bookings on Arbor.

Children at Tea Time club Session 1 can attend these clubs free of charge.

The price of these clubs up until 4:15 p.m. is £3.
